1. Overview

This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which NOVA Affiliate Pro (operated by NOVA ECOSYSTEM SINGLE MEMBER P.C.) provides refunds for paid subscriptions and services. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the terms below.

2. Subscription Refunds

• New subscriptions may be refunded within 14 days of the initial purchase if the service has not been substantially used.
• Renewal payments are non-refundable once the new billing period has started, unless required by applicable law.
• Refund requests are reviewed individually and processed to the original payment method.

3. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the current billing period.

4. Non-Refundable Items

• Affiliate commissions already earned or paid out.
• Transaction or payment-processor fees.
• Services explicitly marked as non-refundable at the time of purchase.

5. How to Request a Refund

Send your request to support@novaecosystem.live with your account email and order details. We aim to respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days.

6. Statutory Rights

This policy does not affect any mandatory consumer rights you may have under EU/Greek law.
