Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using NOVA Affiliate Pro platform, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement.

2. Affiliate Program Rules

As an affiliate partner, you agree to:

  • Promote offers honestly and transparently
  • Not engage in fraudulent activities or click manipulation
  • Disclose your affiliate relationship to your audience
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Not bid on branded keywords in paid search campaigns

3. Commission Structure

Commission rates vary by offer and are clearly stated on each offer page. Commissions are subject to verification and may be adjusted or voided in cases of suspected fraud.

4. Payment Terms - Important Notice

⚠️ Direct Merchant-to-Affiliate Payments

Merchants pay affiliates directly. NOVA Affiliate Pro does NOT hold, manage, or escrow affiliate payments. Our platform only tracks and monitors payment obligations.

For Affiliates:

  • Minimum Payout Threshold: Affiliates must accumulate €20.00 in verified earnings before requesting a withdrawal
  • Payment methods: PayPal, Bank Transfer, Revolut, Wise
  • Merchants have 7 days to complete affiliate payments after conversion approval
  • Platform Disclaimer: NOVA Affiliate Pro is NOT responsible if merchants fail to pay affiliates

For Merchants:

  • Merchants pay €19/month subscription to list unlimited offers
  • Mandatory Payment Rule: Merchants must process payouts immediately once pending commissions exceed €20.00 to avoid account suspension
  • Merchants must pay affiliates directly within 7 days of conversion approval
  • Day 1 Overdue: Automatic email reminder sent
  • Day 2 Overdue: Warning email sent to merchant and admin
  • Day 3+ Overdue: Merchant account automatically BLOCKED until payment is completed
  • Blocked merchants cannot access platform features, create offers, or receive new conversions
  • Multiple payment failures may result in permanent account termination

🚨 Platform Liability Disclaimer

NOVA Affiliate Pro acts only as a tracking and monitoring platform. We do NOT guarantee, insure, or take responsibility for merchant payments to affiliates. All payment disputes must be resolved directly between merchants and affiliates. The platform enforces payment tracking and auto-blocking but assumes NO financial liability for non-payment.

5. Termination & Account Blocking

Affiliate Accounts:

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate affiliate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activities. Upon termination, any pending commissions may be forfeited.

Merchant Accounts:

Merchant accounts are automatically blocked under the following conditions:

  • Payment to affiliate is 3+ days overdue
  • Multiple payment failures or disputes
  • Fraudulent activity or terms violations
  • Subscription payment failure

Blocked merchants must resolve all outstanding payment obligations before account reactivation. Repeated violations may result in permanent ban.

6. Limitation of Liability

NOVA Affiliate Pro is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform or participation in our affiliate program.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
